Update on the Area 74 Spring Conference
Time is coming quickly for the Area 74 Spring Conference being hosted by District 13 in
Ashland, WI. We look forward to seeing you all on May 18-20th.
If you haven’t yet registered for the conference or booked a room, time is running out.
The only rooms left at the Hotel Chequamegon ( 800-946-5555 ) are rooms with one
bed either a queen or king size. There are a couple suites with a bed and sofa sleeper
available.

Friday night is an Ice Cream Social with local dairy Home Made Ice Cream and all the
toppings. Plan to participate in that experience. Tickets will be sold at the registration
table.
The banquet cut off for dinner Saturday night is May 5th- unless not filled. We have only
185 banquet seats available. Don’t miss out by procrastinating. The Saturday morning
Assembly/Delegate’s Report starts at 8:30am. If a GSR or DCM is attending only this
event, there is no registration needed ( $19.00 ) but if staying for the entire event, and we
do hope you do, registration is needed. This event is self-supporting.
